Prom Recap

Prom. A night that my fellow classmates and I have been looking forward to all year. All the preparation that went into it left us with an amazing night that will never be forgotten. From dress shopping to nail appointments, I have been stressed for months. Each day, checking my email to see if prom tickets have come out yet. From creating a promposal sign or planning out when I will order a boutonniere, I have been busy. It all came down to one night. Saturday. I started the day by making my bouquet at my friend Abby's house. Next, I went home and took a quick nap so I would be completely energized for the many hours I would be awake. After I woke up, I quickly went to pick up my boutonniere and my friend Hannah so we could start getting ready. Once we were all ready, we picked up our dates and headed to our before party. There, we took pictures and ate dinner right before heading out to Forest Hills for Prom. Once we got there and made it inside, I immediately saw all of my other friends and made sure to say hi. We danced and socialized for the next 2 hours until Prom was over. Although the preparation was long and stressful, it all led to a great night that we will never forget.
