What to do during Easter Break!
Are you running low on ideas of what to do while Viz is on Easter Break?
If you are staying in town during Easter Break there are numerous things you can do all around Saint Louis. Our city is filled with many fun activities and exciting attractions to see. Here are 3 of some of my favorite activities to do around Saint Louis.
Saint Louis Zoo
Take your friends or family to visit the Saint Louis Zoo to view your favorite animals such as pandas, sea lions, giraffes, penguins, and so many more. You can explore the many different habitats such as sea animals, birds, and animals that stay on land. You could even take a ride on the Zooline Railroad to experience a look throughout the Zoo. The zoo offers a tour so you can see all it has to offer. This is always such a fantastic experience while still paying no fees!
Sports Attractions
In Saint Louis we have so many amazing sports teams. Take a trip down to Ballpark Village for Cardinals Baseball. The environment is filled with enthusiastic fans and so much Saint Louis spirit. Don’t forget to wear your red or a Cardinals jersey. Inside Ballpark Village there are so many amazing food stops as well. Another sports team we have are the Saint Louis Blues. Hockey games have to be one of my favorites to watch. Inside Enterprise Arena filled with a spirited crowd and a fast paced game you won’t forget. Watching fans on the jumbotron, singing along to the “goal” song, raising your hands for a Blues power play, and seeing the towel guy throw a Blues towel after each goal scored by the Blues is a must. Lastly, the newest addition to the St. Louis sports is Saint Louis FC soccer team. Saint Louis shows its strong passion for soccer. Head down to Energizer Park to watch an action filled game. The fans as well do not disappoint, with high spirited cheers and songs. Saint Louis sports have so much to offer!
Delmar Loop
The Delmar Loop is one of St. Louis' most vibrant neighborhoods. Offering a lively mix of entertainment, culture, dining, and shopping. Along Delmar Boulevard, the Loop has many unique boutiques to see, vintage stores to shop at, and a variety of restaurants serving everything from casual to gourmet dishes that are truly delicious. It's also known for its artsy vibe, with live music venues, theaters, and art galleries scattered throughout for an amazing scene.
In conclusion, St. Louis offers a wide variety of activities that cater to all interests which makes it a fantastic city to explore. I hope that you try some of these places over the Easter Break!
